About the hotel: A tired and dated budget hotel in need of refurbishing. A lot of staff did not appear to understand the English language and had difficulty explaining or answering queries.
The resort itself is a dead alive hole with absolutely nothing to do or see.Everything seems to close by 2200hrs.
It appears to be popular with Thai s visiting on a week-end for their BB Q s on the beach and most restaurants tend to be catering for Norwegians.
Not a hotel or resort I would visit again.
About the hotel: Nice Service. All staffs are friendly and helpful. Rooms are very spacious, with clean balcony ----- VALUE FOR MONEY.
The hotel is very near the beach, just cross a small beach road. Moreover, it s surrounded by shops, food stalls and restaurants--- VERY CONVENIENT.

About the hotel: Good Hotel. Clean and well equipped rooms, excellent breakfast, nice staff, good beach service.
The hotel has only two disadvantages:
1. The architect has designed the rooms in a way, that on 70% of the rooms, the toilet flushing of the next room is sitting exactly in the wall where the bed head of the other room is.
2. The close by Cha am Methavalai offers even better value for money. So book there if available.
About the hotel: Big and nice hotel with very good and nice staff. Had conferences for Thai companies as well. Pool was not so big, but enough for children. Close to the beach. Breakfast very good for Thai people and acceptable for European. I got sick first day, but I put than on my own account on not beeing careful enough (propably the sallad sauce).
About the reservation service: This time I was charged to much. I had to complain and refer to the special deal of one free extra bed during low season. After doing that, no problem.
About the hotel: Service was great. Location very nice. Close to beach. Hotel has its own beach umbrellas, so that helped. We ate breakfats at the hotel since there are other decent restaurants on the street. Breakfast buffet was good. Since we are vegetarian, we would have liked to see more vegetarian items on the menu. Spa staff and services were superb.
About the reservation service: Wonderful as usual: We really appreciated the complimentary massage at the hotel spa.
About the hotel: We live in Bangkok and It was a nice experience for us to be away and stay at LongBeach Chaam hotel.We took a family room and it was very clean and much space for our two children to play and move around. Nice shower and comfortable beds added to our pleasure there. We hope to go there again.
About the reservation service: Booking service was excellent and replies were all on time and quick. We will surly book our future trips with you again.
About the hotel: Very basic without frills. The pool was quite dirty and pool towels were not supplied.Breakfast was not up to standard. There are better hotels elsewhere.

to the 6th floor. Non- smoking rooms are offered on the 7th floor as
the request. All rooms are newly renovated with furnishing and decoration

Pleasantly sized rooms of approximately 63 square meters are located
on the 4th to the 10th floor. All rooms are newly renovated, featuring
two beds and the sitting area for the extraordinary comfort. Sitting
area is furnished with the comfortable sofa. A large family room is
fabulous for the family to spend the memorial holidays together. Each

Located on the 4th to the 10th floor, rooms are in spacious size
