About the hotel: Everything worked out fine. Perfect hotel for a family---the children loved the pool. Plenty of sunbeds---not so many guests in the hotel. Wonderful breakfast. Easy and perfect situated at the river---free transfer by hotel boat to sky-train. Smooth transfer by taxi- no problem of the traffic situation- to the airport . The hotel is situated close to the highway. Good value for the money.

About the hotel: The pizzas in the Coconut Terrace were no good. Neither the hamburgers in the pool bar. Food could be much better to match the quality of the rest of the hotel.
About the hotel: The hotel is very conveniently located with excellent transport systems to take guests anywhere in Bangkok (and beyond) quickly and comfortably. My husband and I stayed at this hotel 11 years ago, and found it the perfect place to stay for our time in Bangkok then, and that is true today too. The hotel has been improved since then, but the work in progress did not disturb us. The staff are friendly and helpful. Every request was met with promptly and cheerfully. I will stay there again anytime I am in Bangkok.

We had a river view from our room. It is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. I like the location, it is always cooler on the river than in the centre of town. Transport to and from the hotel is excellent by water and connections to the sky bus. Taxis are readily available too.
